When i'm not cooking, i like to paint in my free time. See my link below to be directed to my art gallery home. Or I like to work on my blog "Modern Architecture & Design in the Netherlands."

vegetarian, vegan, baked goods, curries, soups, mediterranean, ice creams, etc.
One of the best meals i ever came up with is so simple to make: tortilla, satay sauce, broccoli, onion, roasted red peppers and tvp. You just cook the chopped or diced veggies in a wok, throw in your preferred meat (meat substitute), add the satay sauce and then serve it in tortillas. It's my fall back recipe when I don't know what else to make and everyone loves it!
The dish I'm most famous for is making African Peanut Soup and Greek spanakopita. I'm also known for my home baked cookies.
