Tammiev’s husband. We both like to cook; however I often “destroy” the kitchen in the process. I have found that it is not all that hard to do things with meals that impress your friends yet take not that much effort. Little things like presentation make your family and friends feel like they are being treated to a special meal. Fresh ingredients make for a huge difference in your meals. Good spices, fresh herbs, and ingredients all contribute to the feeling that you have spent more time than you really did in the kitchen! I am the bread baker in the family. As an example of what I am talking about, I have found that if I take 15 minutes when making rolls and make braided rolls instead of just whacking the dough in a muffin tin, it wows them at the table. Relax, it’s just cooking. You can do it and do it well!
