I live in Sedona, AZ and love to experiment with all different types of receipes. Although I'm a vegetarian my husband is not. So I do make recipes with meat from time to time. However we do eat fish. I love making receipes with all different types of grains and of course vegetables. Being Italian has given me an early start in the kitchen since I was a kid. I've been using Recipezaar for almost a year now and have been totally thrilled with all the recipes I have chosen. Better than any cookbook I have tried. So with that I wanted to give back and share some of my favorites with everyone as well.

Vegetarian foods and grains and southwestern style. Love Greek, Italian and healthy dishes.
