about me

I am a 15 year old high school student from Brisbane, Australia. I developed my passion for cooking for others about two years ago and since then have progressed from simply following instructions on the side of a box to cooking fancy meals my whole family can enjoy. I tend to put my own twists on any recipe to create something that is orginal and love nothing more than seeing the food i cook being enjoyed by others. I love music, sport, do hip-hop dancing and take any chance i can to go to the beach.

When it comes to my cooking specialties i'm sort of an all-rounder but i especially enjoy making pretty desserts like cheesecakes, tarts or ice-cream desserts.
I absolutely love any kind of baking. Cakes, muffins, biscuits; you name it and i have a recipe for ones that will disappear like that! When ever its one of my school friend's birthday's i'm the one who brings along a birthday cake shaped like an animal, castle, flower or what ever i could think of.
When my parents go to a BBQ or dinner party they always ask me to make some finger food for them to take along so i've gotten pretty good at making many mini savoury pastries, dips (tapenades) and other nibblies.
When it comes to everyday cooking i make a lot of vegie filled pasta bakes and mexican bean dishes. I mostly love my fruit and vegies and tend to eat pretty healthy.
Overall i really just love cooking absolutely anything!
