about me

I love to cook....nothing makes me happier than to make a meal for my family that they truly enjoy. I am always looking for new recipes and ideas. I look forward to interacting with other cooks.I have collected cookbooks for years but have to admit searching the web for recipes is much easier that looking through them.

Favorite Foods:

I like most foods but I guess growing up in a rural community the fresh fruits and vegetables are my favorite. We all like casseroles and one dish meals and cooking with the fresh produce seems to make the best.
