about me

I live in the South and enjoy cooking and eating traditional southern fare. I also enjoy experimenting with new recipes. I am married and a nurse. Children are all grown and gone from home. I still enjoy cooking for them on Sundays and at Thanksgiving and Christmas. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and going to the Lake for fishing and swimming.

Favorite Foods:

Traditional southern dishes like dressing, fried chicken, macaroni and cheese. I also like Cajun, Italian and Mexican. I enjoy making beautiful and tasty desserts.
