15 Bean Soup, my own gourmet Veggie supreme pizza, turtle brownie and Boston Cream cake maker, creme broulee, Eggplant Italiano, stirfry with rotini (100% durum wheat), rice and fettuccine. I am on the lookout for great recipes involving tofu! Also on the lookout for refried beans made without lard, and gelatin-free items. Anything meat free, organic and healthy has my attention.
