about me

Well, I am a stay-at-home mom with a four year old boy and a 15 yr old stepdaughter. I just moved to Tennessee from south Florida and boy is it beautiful here!!!
Anyway, I usually look for fairly inexpensive meal ideas but LOVE to take time and cook all day. I'm even thinking about starting a small catering business. Once my little one starts school, that is.

Favorite Foods:

Pasta, chicken, beef, seafood...oh heck-here's the short list: I do not like liver, brussell sprouts, beets, sushi and something else that I just can't think of right now...
