Still have some hair.Cooked most of my civilian career.
I am retired/disabled from military.
My joy is baking,love the smell of yeast comming to life.
I like all the Moosewood cookbooks and like to read in general.
I enjoy a cocatiel,Pepper,who is my companion.He flys free and has run of the house.
I am a active member of the First Unitarian Unervasalist Society of Marietta,Ohio.A very libral,green active church.

Favorite Foods:

I have cooked/Chef/owned in the gormet field.
I still like the meal I had as a 14 yr.old at a friends grandmaws farm.
Pinto beans cooked with smoked ham hocks,cornbread with bacon baked in the bottom of the iron skillet,buttered potatoes and cucumber salad.
I have a very good carrot cake that 2 Presidents have tasted at marker 88 restraunt in the Fla.Keys.
Having cooked in Thailand,I like their cusine the most.I like the taste of hot,sour and sweet in combination.
My favorite flavor is a dessert.The pumpkin cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory made in season.
I got a copycat recipe from recipeZaar and it's very good.
