about me

I am a 21 female from the East Coast of Canada. I have many hobbies and passions but one of my favorite pastimes is cooking and all things food lol. I love to cook and create and I am always looking for new and unique ways of preparing food. I have only one rule when in the kitchen and that is to at least try everything. I will never say I don't like something without having a spoonful first. What have you got to lose? My biggest pet peeve is just that... those who will turn there nose up without even tasting the plate in front of them. These people truly miss out on a lot of great things in life!

Favorite Foods:

I like a wide variety of foods but my favorites would be chicken and all the fabulous ways to prepare it, salads (garden, pasta, bean ... any kind will do!), and I have a weakness for cheese(I'll put it on almost anything lol). I also love exotic and forgeign foods like thai, japanese (LOVE sushi), chinese, korean..etc. A dream of mine is to be able to try all the different types of food around the world, and not the stuff made here, but the authentic dishes you can only taste while travelling abroad.
