about me

I live in Milwaukee WI; moved from Phoenix AZ in August 2006 when my husband got transferred. The winters are hard, but I enjoy 85 degree summers rather than the 115 of Phoenix!!
I am a stay at home mom so I have a little more time to try new recipies and get my son into it. He is still a little young (2 years old) but he like to sit on the counter when I am cooking.
I cook, play with my son and garden for fun; gardening was something I only did in the early morining or late evening in AZ because of the heat. However, I am looking forward to moving back to AZ in a couple years when the job my husband is at is completed.
Cooking Light Cookbooks are my favorites, I love to make new meals and try new things; it is hard though because my husband is picky when it comes to veggies (and hates seafood).

Favorite Foods:

favorite dish to cook is actually anything that I can bake
Dish I am famous for is either Spaghetti or TaterTot Casserole (both adapted from my mom's versions)
Favorite resturant or things to eat is PF Changs, Mexican food and sushi
