about me

I am a stay at home mom to two wonderful boys ages 3 1/2 years, and 8 months and am married to my best friend. I love cooking, hate cleaning and will do whatever I can to get out of it! My favorite of all though is baking! I can make or will attempt just about anything, except brownies, my husband's are the best!

As for recipe ideas (besides zaar) Cooking Light Cookbooks are my favorites. I joined a cookbook club years ago so I have a huge collection of cookbooks!! I love to make new meals and try new things; it is hard though because my husband is picky when it comes to veggies (and hates seafood).

Favorite Foods:

Being somewhat new in Wisconsin (3 yrs), I have learned to cook with the weather; grilling in summer,and soups, casseroles, and crockpot meals all the rest of the time!
There really isn't anything I am 'famous' for but my husband loves when I make Tater Tot Casserole.
My favorite resturant and/or things to eat are PF Changs, Mexican food and sushi
