about me

Having worked restaurant for many years, I continue to pursue my love of cooking. Maybe that has something to do with being forced to cook for large get togethers as a child! As a single working mom who's also in school, most of the recipes I use now are great quickies that I hope to pass to my daughter the day she sets foot in the kitchen.

Favorite Foods:

I adore anything hot and spicy. I'll try anything once, but be prepared if you ask what the weirdest thing I've ever eaten is! I love to bake, but I've vowed to get my figure back after having 2 kids, so I reserve baking for crowds.
