Wife and mother of two. Transplanted from CA to AZ and lucky enough to be able to stay home with my kids now. My brilliant, beautiful children are Molly-8 and Jordan-11. They crack me up on a regular basis! They are my best critics.
We have one dog (Rhodesian Ridgeback)named Shiitake who is just adorable!
I now find myself missing work, although I do have plenty of work to do here! Maybe it's the social interaction that I miss, maybe it's just the money!
4/2/05 Update: I went back to work in 11/04 and I am loving it. Although, I don't get to spend hardly any time cooking anymore, and even less time on here!

Favorite Foods:

I love chicken made just about any way. Beer and chocolate are my biggest downfalls when it comes to diets.
Hubby is a 'meat & potatoes' kind of guy.
Molly and Jordan aren't very picky, thankfully. Molly won't eat lettuce unless it's on a taco, and of course they aren't fond of onions!
