I am happily married. I have 2 beautiful children, that help me test most of the recipes I try. They prefer cookies. I now work for a foodservice distributor, so there is food around quite a bit - I guess you could say I'm obsessed.

Favorite Foods:

Everything!!! I am very fond of oriental dishes, especially Vietnamese. Also large slabs of beef, and fried foods. Chex Mix! (Anyone tried the new sweet & salty flavors?). Chips w/California dip.
