I'm a wife and mom who loves to cook and bake for my family and friends. I've lived in Ohio for more than 20 years (NJ girl originally) and most of my life revolves around my husband of 25 years and my two kids (Alli 19yrs and Drew 17 yrs). I love it when the house is full of kids and friends to enjoy the results of my efforts in the kitchen, which is truly the hub of our home. I'm always looking for new recipes, I scour web-sites, recipe books, magazines and the Food Network is always on at my house. I only just signed up for RecipeZaar and within minutes found two fantastic new recipes.

Favorite Foods:

I love to experiment with different ethnic foods. I love Paella, Albondigas Soup, Chicken Cacciatore (I use Giada's recipe, even better than my Italian mother-in-law used to make). I love making Christmas Stollen, scones and Biscotti; and of course, anything CHOCOLATE! My daughters boyfriend loves my Pepperoni Bread (I make care packages to send to him at college) and my son always asks for my good, old-fashioned chicken soup. I love it all!
