about me

Full time Husband and Full time Daddy. Don't get a chance to do much cooking, except for dinner 5 nights a week or so, but I love to bake and can(jelly and jam making right now) and am really enjoying that. I look for any new recipes I can and love to experiment with cooking with new flavors and such. My all time favorite cook book is the one I am in the process of putting together. I have been cooking since I was 5, too many years ago to count.......

Favorite Foods:

MEAT MEAT MEAT....throw in some potatoes and it's GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My family would say my best dish is all of them, but the family loves my baking...breads,pie,cakes and such. I think my best is my Classic Cheesecake. I got the recipe in 1989 from a lady I worked with and she stated she got it from her aunt on her aunt's deathbed and has been a guarded secret for a long time. I promised I would keep it that way too. Most of my friends love my Death By Chocolate cheesecake...
