about me

i love to cook and for lots of people. i enjoy baking and have often thought of myself as a compulsive baker... i bake several times a week and bring to my co-workers. i cook for about 24 persons two-three times monthly, persons preparing to become Catholic, learning about the Church. What a good fit! That we invite all to join us in gathering around the dinner table as we prepare to share our faith and the banquet table of the Lord!

Favorite Foods:

i like it all! i especially love fish and seafood and pasta. In baking, i prefer brown sugar/cinnamon items to chocolate...no, i am not a huge chocolate fan! Since my husband is, tho, i do make a variety of chocolate items.
My children always loved my Polish cooking, cabbage rolls and veggie beef soup with homemade noodles.
