I am NOT a cook, I am a recipe collector! I love good food, although have no particular talent for creating in the kitchen. I love to eat healthy (most of the time). My favorite cookbook is the Southern Living Annual Cookbook series. If I had a month off with no work, no responsibilities, I WOULDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! I would have to volunteer for something! If you want to add an unlimited bank account for that month, that would be an entirely different story!

Famous for making: Sour Cream Pound Cake, Baked Potatoes (lol)!
