I live in God's country, Albuquerque, NM and I work as a sous chef for a hotel and also work for Whole Foods Markets. Fun is the Balloon festival and all the wonders of the southwest. My favorite cookbook is Housekeeping in Old Virigina. My passion is food and people. If I had a month off with no responsibilites I would beg Emeril to let me learn from him.

Favorite Foods:

I do not really have a favorite dish to cook as I see food in much the same way that an artist does his canvass or other work. I think my family enjoys my southwest dishes the most.
