My hubby, Jon, and I live in the upstate of SC with our daughter Abbie and two cute little bichon frise dogs. I am very blessed to be a stay-at-home mommy with my daughter . . . and love every minute of it We love to spend time together as a family, just having fun; Abbie is quite a daddy's girl! I also love to scrapbook, sew, and watch good movies with my honey. Cooking is also a hobby of mine; I definately love to try out new recipes and even add my own touches at times!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite cuisine is definately Mexican, so I tend to cook it often! But, I also love Chinese and Italian that has been prepared well. As far as my favorite dish to cook . . . my husband has many favorites, but my enchiladas and stuffed shells rank up there near the top, as well as anything I bake. My cooking has changed drastically since I've been married - my husband tells me that when we were newlyweds, my cooking was pretty aweful. I always wondered why he lost weight, instead of gaining, during that first year!?!? Luckly, Jon worked under a great chef for awhile years ago and picked up great cooking tips and ability. So, the success of my cooking now is totally in thanks to lessons my hubby taught me and the freedom I have found in experimenting with foods and seasonings.
