Hi there, thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy my recipes as much as I do.

My husband and I love great food, the kids don't like anything. What else is new?

Friends always ask me if I enjoy cooking cuz I'm always cookin'. I typically respond with, "It's a love-hate thing for me. I love great food but wish I had someone else to cook it for me". My husband finds the food prep & cooking / grilling therapeutic, I don't get it, I really don't!

Many of the everyday recipes I make have morphed over time. I love to tweak recipes to our liking and many have remained unchanged over the years. At times I have had to "pull a rabbit out of my hat" and a new recipe has been created.

All the dishes I prepare are easy & oh-so tasty. Enjoy!

Thai, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Mexican, good ol' American Cuisine, Soups & Stews. Let's face it, I love it all!

5 stars: Rocks my taste buds to their core. I wouldn't change a thing!
4 stars: Near perfection but I may tweak it a bit next time.
3 stars: Thanks for sharing but it didn't float my boat. It may be worth another nibble down the road and definitely a tweak to suit my taste buds!
