about me

I am married with a little girl on the way, I have done construction for 15 years, but my passion is food and all that goes along with it. I cook for my wife and I think thats why she loves me so much. I plann to open a resturant someday with the revenue from my construction company (AG Imperial Construction).

Favorite Foods:

I prepare alot of unique and self formulated dishes, my favorite method is true Barbeque on a pit or in a smoker either way the slow smoked method is the best way to get the natural flavor of the food, mostly light smokes like cherry or apple but if it required, I have no problem with hickory, yum!!
