about me

I live with my husband and 3 kids in sunny Florida.In my 20's I taught school,in my 30's I concentrated on being the best mom I could be. I had an in home baking business.At the end of my 30's i went back to school for a degree in Interior Design. Currently I am a scrapbook junkie,learning to "cook clean" and begging my husband everyday for the "o.k." to purchase a $4,000 Viking embroidery machine(yes I really NEED it).Through it all I have baked,broiled,grilled,fried,roasted,creamed,steamed,crocked and souped.
Cooking is therapy. It is the one sure thing I can count on. It has been my most loyal friend. And I also keep kosher.

Favorite Foods:

I love to bake bread and make soup. I love to cook with grains.Sometimes when I have overcooked I give out breads and muffins to my neighbors. I love to share soup.It makes me feel like I can pour my love into someone else.
I love home made pizza. Cilantro and curry are better then.........well, just better.
