I enjoy canning for our church bazaar. We just never know what will sell, so I try to find different items that people can't get in the supermarket.
Overall I enjoy cooking but don't usually have much time for it.

I LOVE sushi - especially sake [salmon]. To have a spicy salmon roll right now...
