I love to eat indian and rice dishes. Maltese are also well known for the best tasting bread...imagine, you're by the sea eating maltese bread, filled with tuna and maltese specialities..yummy!!!
My family loves it when I cook, except for my dad, who hates spices and I absolutely love using spices in my recipes! I still have to learn how to make nice desserts, because usually they're quite tasty but lack the presentation!!!
