About me,huh,(small pause for thought)
I am, wife, mother, chef, specialist caterer,gardener, reader, music listener..the list goes on.
I live in Central north island of New Zealand, a most beautiful place.
One of my passions is taking complicated recipes and paring them down to make them simple and easy for everyday use without impairing too much of the origional integrity.
Love to travel and experience.........

A month off.....I would do nothing, absolutely nothing, amonth of sloth sounds like heaven right now.

Favorite Foods:

Most food is good if prepared and cooked well. Simple fresh food with lovely clean flavours.
If i had to pick one food above all others it would have to be
Sheep brains. Rolled in seasoned flour and fried in butter then eaten with great big hunks of fresh white bread and lots of butter..........
I know it sounds disgusting but I can't help it, I really love them
