The pic above was taken when bigbadbrenda came for a visit and we had the pleasure of meeting Anna Olsen at her new store, Olson Foods, located on the property of the Ravine Winery, in St Davids ON. If you ever get a chance to go you will not be disappointed.

I learned a lot about cooking from my mom continuing to tell me to go ahead and make it because mine tastes better then hers. Years later I realized that she was doing this on purpose.

We love to travel the country towing our trailer behind us. We have such a beautiful country here its a shame to miss it.

I have a lot of ideas about how I would 'love' our house to be decorated but with a SO that loves to be outdoors more than in and 3 out of 4 kids still at home, a dog, 3 guinea pigs and 2 hamsters its is happening a lot slower then I would like it. I love Earth tones hinted with black ascents and love to really decorate the house for the Fall and Christmas season.

I am now the co-co-host of the Canadian Cooking Forum so come pull up a chair and say hi. We are a friendly bunch over there.

I have broadened my horizons as you might say when it comes to favourite foods. I love to try new spices and flavours from all over as long as they don't contain too much heat. Being a part of Zaar has really opened up my world in so many ways...what a blessing that is.
