Stay at home mom, likes to cook and bake, but only when I can be alone or in peace! For hobbies, I scrapbook and play the guitar and piano.

My favorite cookbook would have to be the ever classic "Betty Crocker." I have my Great-Grandmother's copy, which she handed down to my mother who gave it to me. I don't know what I would do without it.

Hmmm.... so hard! I could eat a potato any way and when I went to Italy I ate Lasagne every night except one... I'm not joking! I love a good steak, or even just a salad! I'm not too hard to please; I don't care for most fish and NO mushrooms!!!

My most-loved dishes are my meatloaf, made from scratch red sauce, homemade meatball subs, homemade pizza (dough and all!), and my Tortilla Soup. I can also make a FAB Thanksgiving dinner from start to finish!
