I'm originally from the very nice state of Ohio, but made a move to Maryland for school. I currently reside just south of D.C.

I'm an avid Harry Potter reader (and listener of the audio books). Its my favorite thing to listen to on my iPod while cooking.

I recently starting getting into Once-A-Month Cooking for my single girl lifestyle. I absolutely love it!

Favorite Foods:

I'm a sucker for any dish containing avocados, garlic, or spinach. They are simple ingredients, but I can never seem to get enough.

Onion soup is my absolute favorite dish to cook. I LOVE the delicious smell of the onions as its simmering. YUM!
