I'm a WAHM with 4 great kids, who loves to cook. I try to make the easiest, cheapest, healthiest recipes I can! We're growing an organic garden this year, which we're very proud of.

My favorite thing to cook is probably special shaped pancakes for my kids. They know it's an extra special treat on Saturday morning when mom makes pancakes! My husband says my best dish is my mom's beef stew recipe.
