I'm a Technical Writer, avid cookbook collector, and a once-in-a-blue-moon cook! Just seems like there is never enough time in the day or the day is just too darn hot. I don't think I could pick a favorite cookbook but I love regional US cookbooks (especially Old West and Southern/Mountain cooking)!

Favorite Foods:

Vegetarian, Asian, Salads, Vegan, Healthy, Middle Eastern, Northwest Cuisine (I'm originally from Oregon)...and when I am being very bad I like Downhome Southern style cooking!!
