about me

I grew up in an Italian family, where food was larger than life! Mangiamo! My parents were also in the restaurant business for 40 yrs and no I never grew up Gotti, but I did grow up with a healthy appreciation for all things food!

Now with my own family, those same traditions will carry on. My youngest son graduated this year, with honors I might add! ( Proud Papa ) He'll be headed to culinary arts school as well....more food, more family and more memories shared around the kitchen table.

I have an absolute love affair with all ethnicities, but my heart belongs to Italian (of course) as well as asian and mexican.
