My name is Brandy and I live in a wonderful city for foodies: New Orleans!!! I am a National Level Fitness Figure Competitor who must eat really healthy almost all the time. However, I have a passion for baking & cooking, so I fulfill that by bombarding my friends & family with my concoctions! Luckily, I'm a pretty good cook ~ as my friends & family always welcome my offerings with enthusiasm!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are Fresh fish: Salmon, Tuna, Redfish, Trout, Cobia (lemonfish), Pacific Halibut,Mahi Mahi, almost any fresh fish! I love eggs,
have a passion for high end Dark Chocolate, and a secret confession; I love mayonnaise
I love salads, but hate Vinegar, & love only Honey Mustard dressing or Honey lime. I am severely lactose intolerant & wheat, flour & gluten intolerant also, so I have to watch what I eat! Doesn't leave a lot of room for fun, but that why I love to cook & give it away!
