about me

I'm a recent TCU business school grad and "retired" soccer player. I currently work full-time as a buyer for a company in the defense industry.

I have a pitbull named Byson and a new member of the family - a bulldog named Pac Man! I love watching sports, but I'm definitely a Food Network junkie.

Cooking is one of my favorite things to do to relax, although I usually leave the baking to my little sister and my best friend. I love the idea of preparing things ahead of time and using the crock pot so that I can relax after work and cooking doesn't take too long...

Favorite Foods:

My favorite types of food to cook / eat are Asian (my mom is Asian so I grew up with it!), Mexican, and Southern...with a healthy twist. I'm always looking for ways to make my boyfriend's favorite foods healthier without him noticing!
