about me

My hubby, dog, two cats, and I live in Salt Lake City, Utah. I grew up in Oregon, so deep down inside I'm still an Oregonian. lol

I am currently employed full-time, and going to school part-time. I'm majoring in Photography and will most likely be minoring in businness.

My favorite cookbook would have to be my family cookbook(s). I love learning recipes that belonged to my Mom, Grandma & M-I-L.

Pet peeves... lol One would be when I go to a clothing store and the clothes are thrown all over the place because people are too lazy to pick up after themselves, or are too lazy to teach their children how to do the same.

Favorite Foods:

Chinese, Cheesecake, Italian, Rotisserie Chicken w/ Rice & Gravy.. YUUUUUUUUMMMMM... Grilled corn on the cob!! Love Artichokes, crab, wood-fired salmon w/ garlic butter & basil. Too many things!! lol

I love to cook & try new things. Especially when people say they are hard to make! Normally (not trying to be boastful lol ) they aren't hard. I even get creative every now and again. lol

My favorite dish to cook is my grilled salmon with garlic butter basil on a cedar plank. SOO nummy!! My favorite dessert to cook would be cheesecake, I love making different kinds. Chocolate by far is my favorite however.
