Homemaker Mother of two,
Most often need a quick dinner. Like to keep trying different recipes to avoid boredom.
I will from time to time do an involved dinner however most of the cooking I enjoy is quick to assemble and tasty to my family.
Less fiddle means more time for me to get on with other things. Any mother knows that is in short supply when you have two kids less than 5!

I love to cook my portobello burgers for people. I have made people who didn't believe veggie burgers could be good into believers.
