about me

I am a 63 year old Mother of one son and one daughter. I have two grandsons who are 3 years and 9 months old. I am a Registered Nurse and am working full time but hope to retire in the next couple of years. I love to cook and bake and try new recipes, but most of all, I love to eat!

Favorite Foods:

I enjoy all foods but am especially fond of simple dishes, down home, country cooking and one pot meals or casseroles. Meat, chicken, or fish, potatoes, veggies of all kinds, salads and nice warm bread or rolls. I also love Italian cusine and all kinds of pasta dishes are high on my list. Desserts are wonderful, especially ice cream, but I try to limit these.
