about me

I live in Upstate NY with my son. Giovanni, my son, is a year. I enjoy playing with him, taking walks to the park, reading and, of course, cooking. Right now I am working towards my BA so my son and I can have a better life. In my extra time (haha..does that even exist), I love cooking. I love to experiment, my poor son is to young to verblize when he doesn't like something, but he sure knows how to throw the food ! Cooking relieves stress and is just something I absoultly love.

Favorite Foods:

My absoulute favorite food is sausage, peppers and onion sandwhiches.
But I love all kinds of food, right now I am on a panini, and fresh bread kick.
My favorite dish to cook is french onion soup, not only is it wonderful, but it is so comforting, especially on a cold day.
My favorite resturant is Panera Bread. They make the best sandwhiches, salads and soups. They cook their bread daily and it is out of this world.
