I love to bake and I admit to being a carbohydrate addict. I can't get enough of fresh bread, muffins, biscuits, you name it. I also love vegetables in pretty much any form, and every once in a while a good rare steak is required. I don't have a particular cuisine that I favor - I just love to experiment.
