about me

I have been married for 25 years and have two daughters. Melissa who was married in March of 07 and Kara who is going off to college next month. That makes me an empty nester. I am recently retired and love to finally have time to cook at a slow pace.
I am also mom to Gabe,my bichon of 6 years. He is terrible but I still love him. There is also a lab in my life but he is a daddy's boy.

Favorite Foods:

I love Mexican food and anything that is full of calories and terribly fattening.
