Fat, middle aged white boy starting a new venture - a BBQ restaurant. Came out of the electronics industry where I got sick of commuting and not knowing if i would be employed from one day to the next.

Favorite Foods:

BBQ, Mexican, Chinese (real Chinese - notthis western stuff most of the US has), I like anything!!
