about me

I love to cook and bake but don't have a lot of time to experiment now. I spend most of my time caring for my young children which makes the "Mommy interruptions" frequent. I am always on the lookout for easy but delicious recipes to try-or at least to be saved for the future.

Favorite Foods:

Chicken based dishes are mostly cooked for dinner. I also throw in fish and meat dishes to liven up the variety. Pasta is also a winner in my house. Desserts are my downfall, especially rich chocolate ones.
