Trying to become a better cook, because I have always loved cooking, and recently have become part owner in a restaurant. Thank God I have a great Chef. A real one, not a pretend one like me.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods styles are Creole and Cajun. I am also getting into some Spanish dishes.
