about me

I am married to a very sweet man, who has a lot of health problems. Although I work full-time, I do quite a lot of volunteer work and enjoy cooking for our friends. I love trying new foods. My ultimate goal in life is to taste everything. Did you know that there are over 7500 varieties of apple? Apple! What an amazing, diverse planet we live on. I want to taste everything! We don't travel very much, though I would love to, so instead, I try to explore the world through food.

Favorite Foods:

I love garlic, parmesan, soy sauce, chipotle, shrimp, clams, sushi, & spices. Oh, and Chocolate! There are very few things that I don't like. I love mexican and oriental foods. I bake muffins and cookies every week for my friends. I like "surprise" ingredients. I am willing to try anything once. If I see something I have never tried before, I just HAVE to get it. I'll figure out what to do with it later...
