about me

I work in the water services department of the City of Calgary. I'm a ballroom/latin dancer and an avid country music fan. I do lots of different crafts (cross stitch, painting, scrapbooking, jewelry making, etc). I also have a personal zoo containing a cat, a dog, 4 birds, 2 lizards, 2 fish and a snake.

Okay, I've been trying recipes for a couple months now, and not a single one has turned out quite the way it should have. However, they haven't all been bad. I've started eating chicken again after 17 years of vegetarianism - still no red meat or pork type stuff though. Only fish and chicken. I also still like a lot of fruit and veggies.
