I love to socialize. Saturday night is usually an impromptu dinner with friends and games. Recently, I went wine tasting and loved it. I was never much for wine, I always prefered a cocktail. I am enjoying teaching my palate to distinguish flavors and it has helped with my cooking.

My knife skills are the worst. I need a class from Emeril. Thank GOD for the chopper!!

Favorite Foods:

I love seafood, steak and broccoli, can not live without peanut butter and will not touch pork or olives. I love cooking for my family and friends. I am best known for my chicken enchiladas, but have many often requested dishes. I love to try new recipes and often put my own spin on them.
