Mostly, I surf through here daily looking for quick and heathy recipes. I love that there are reviews and really do appreciate them. Cook, but with three picky kids (ages 5, 9 and 38- that one is the origional "Picky Eater") and very limited time, I have a limited ability to be creative these days. I try to feed my family healthy foods so am always looking for quick and wholesome homemade meals and snacks.

I love it all, but my newest "addiction" is suchi and maki rolls (homemade of course)!

Lately the favorite dish of all my friends is the Fruit Boat and also my marinated Teri-Chicken. The chicken leftovers make a "to-die-for-chicken-salad-sandwich".
