Native Floridian. Married for 24 years and 5 months to Mr. Wonderful. Mother of six children. I am employed fulltime out side of our home as a training technician with the local tax collector's office.

I am passionate about my family and my faith. I always turn to Joy of cooking or Betty Crocker when I need general ideas for temperatures and times for cooking. Other than that I don't use cookbooks very often.

Favorite Foods:

I like everything, but have not yet mastered the appreciation for tofu! I am famous for anything that gets taken to our church potluck diners. I make a mean pasta salad and I love to make casseroles as they allow me to clean up while I let the oven do the tending. I am always looking for different things to do with a crock pot!
