Favorite Foods:

Anything fast & flavorful--grilling preferred even when there's snow on the deck. On rainy days, I enjoy doing one-pot meals that simmer & simmer...

I discovered Indian food several years ago & think it's amazing cuisine. The complexity of the flavors is incredible & hard to describe.

Now, I have a new food favorite after a recent trip: the cooking in the cafes of Paris--incredibly delicious. The French pay so much attention to detail even in simple dishes. The burger I ordered one evening was delectable--it had amazing cheese and carmelized onions. Don't listen to what people say - for the most part, the French are very hospitable, as long as you try to speak just a few words in their language. I recommend going to Paris highly!
