Hello to all the great cooks and bakers in here.
I am originally from Germany, but since I meet my hubby, who's in the Military, we have been travelling quiet a bit
Guess I got travelling in my blood, due to my dad. He was working for a World Wide Engineering Company and was lucky to live in East Africa for a few years as a child and then again North Africa in my teens ... I loved it and I'm so greatful for all the Memories and History we got to encounter !
When I moved back home (Germany) in my twenties I was "never to move again" ... well, that was till I got married and lived in different Sates of the US and overseas in Turkey ... where we've come to looooove the food

One lucky day I was browsing the Internet and came across this web page and ever since this is THE Site to look for great, delicious recipes !!!

I sure am not the best cook in the world, but most of my 'Creations' turn out pretty good :D
And I have made quiet a few yummy dinners and wonderful cookies from your recipes.

Favorite Foods:

I love food from all over the world !!!
First of all, my Mom's German cooking (of cause!)
Then everything Mediterranean YUMMY
You can pretty much put me where ever and I will find some kind of food I will come to love.
You will NOT get me to try "fried bugs" or snails, but I am always for "try it at least once"
